Abstract:A method to solve a synthetic adjustment of absolute and relative gravity network using weighted constrains is presented.Robust estimation is applied to eliminate gross errors, and χ2 statistic is applied to a posteriori variance testing, and Student’s t test is adopted to test statistically the relevance of gravimeter’s parameters and to test whether the examination stations’ gravities are evidently changed. Some computing results show that, the ratio between the posteriori variance after adjustment and the priori variance of unit weight is 1.08,which satisfies a χ2 test, and the average error estimate of the unknown gravity values is ±13.6×10-8 ms-2,17 exterior examination stations’ gravities aren’t evidently changed.
