Abstract:Atmospheric delay phase is one of the main factors affecting the measurement accuracy of InSAR technology limiting its application in high-precision deformation monitoring. When there are more SAR images, InSAR time series analysis techniques can abstract the the atmospheric phase from numbers of interferograms according to the spatial and temporal phase characteristics. This can be used to correct the atmospheric delay phase in the interferograms. However, there is little research on the reliability of the separated atmospheric delay phase. In this paper, we do a test to separate the the atmospheric delay phase with 40 Envisat ASAR images covering the Datong area. The reliability of the separated atmospheric delay phase is analyzed with the terrain and MODIS data.
