ANALYSIS OF METHOD AND ACCURACY OF GPS HEIGH TRANSFORMATION WITHOUT LEVELING DATA

Abstract:The WGS84 coordinates determination method of ground point based on GPS PPP(Precise Point Positioning)technique combining GPS relative positioning technique, and the direct height transformation method with the model EGM2008, are all studied. Firstly,the positioning accuracies of GPS PPP from different observable time spans is analyzed using the data of four IGS stations in China, then the accuracies of GPS height transformation using the method are analyzed in two case. The results show that the accuracy of height transformation with EGM2008 model can be better than 15 cm in some areas of North China and South China.
