DETECTION AND SEPARATION OF SINGULAR VALUES IN
SUPERCONDUCTING GRAVIMETER DATA

Abstract This paper introduces Lipschitz index to describe the singularity of superconducting gravimeter(SG) data. According to the relationship between wavelet transform modulus and Lipschitz index, we detect the singular value location via tracking the multiscale wavelet transform modulus maxima of the singular value. Utilizing wavelet decomposition and reconstruction, the singular value is eliminated and separated. Then, the simulated and measured data are processed and analyzed. The results confirm that the wavelet can detect and separate the singular values from the SG records effectively.
