Submission Guidelines

Ⅰ. Guidelines for Contributions

All columns of this magazine welcome contributions from authors. When submitting your contribution, please pay attention to the following items:

1. The content of the submitted manuscript has been approved by all named authors and agreed by the author's institution. The submitted manuscript is an original work and has not been submitted to other venues. The manuscript does not contain any content that infringes on the copyright or other rights of others.

2. This journal uses CNKI Duplication Checking System to detect all manuscripts, requiring the article repetition rate to be below 10%. Articles that do not meet the requirements will be rejected.

3. The author of the manuscript guarantees that the content of the manuscript is not confidential. For manuscripts submitted by authors from confidential units, the author is required to provide a certification that the manuscript is not confidential.

4. Any map in the document shall comply with the requirements of the Regulations on the Administration of Maps, the Administrative Provisions on the Examination and Approval of Maps, and other policies.

5. Authors should carefully read the submission guidelines of this journal before submitting their manuscripts and follow the requirements.

6. This journal does not entrust any other agency to handle manuscripts. Authors are advised to be cautious. For submission, please visit http://www.jgg09.com/.

Ⅱ . Requirements for Manuscripts

1) The title of the article should be brief and able to summarize the central idea, generally not exceeding 20 Chinese characters, and a subtitle can be added when necessary.

2) The text should meet the requirements of scientific and technological papers, with clear arguments, rigorous reasoning, novel content reliable data, scientific methods, clear and concise language, and a word count generally within 10,000 words. It should be clear in hierarchy, standardized in writing, easy to read, and use legal units of measurement, common nouns and terms, and relevant national publishing standards.

3) Please attach the title in both  Chinese and English, the author's name, the unit and address, the abstract, the keywords, and the author's email address. The Chinese abstract should be about 300 words and the keywords should be 3 to 5. The abstract should be self-contained and reflect the core content of the paper.

4) Please write your manuscript according to the format of the latest published Journal of Geodesy and Geodynamics. The template download link is:

Ⅲ . Copyright  Transfer

From the date of formal publication of the manuscript in this journal, all copyrights including but not limited to the publication rights, reproduction rights, distribution rights translation rights, information network transmission rights, and compilation rights in various media, will be transferred to the editorial department of this journal worldwide. This journal has the right to license the above rights to third-party cooperation institutions for use. The remuneration for contributing articles includes a one-time payment of copyright license fees. When submitting manuscripts, the "Copyright Transfer Agreement" should also be provided. Ⅳ. Manuscript Review

This journal implements one anonymous and blind review system. After the author submits the manuscript successfully, the editorial department will first conduct a preliminary review of the  manuscript. For manuscripts with insufficient originality, serious scientific or technical flaws, lack of valuable information, or inadequate organization, the editorial department will reject the manuscript. The editorial board will reject any manuscripts that do not meet the scope of the journal's content. This journal conducts peer review for manuscripts that have passed the preliminary review. Manuscripts will be sent to at least two reviewers. The author must respond to the reviewer's comments item by item and submit a revised version of the manuscript. The final decision on whether or not to publish the article rests with the chief editor. The editorial board will select manuscripts impartially based on academic quality and reviewer comments.

Ⅴ. Correction and Withdrawal

Articles published online or in print are considered to be the final version. This journal   generally does not correct or withdraw published articles. However, if necessary (as described below), corrections or withdrawals can be made.

Correction: If there are unintentional scientific errors in the article that do not significantly affect the results and conclusions of the article, the editorial department will publish a correction notice on the journal website as soon as possible, detailing the changes made to the original text  and indicating the source of the article.

Retraction: In the following cases, the editorial board will withdraw the article and publish a retraction  statement:

1. When there are serious scientific errors in the article, resulting in unreliable results and conclusions;

2. For articles suspected of plagiarism, data falsification, and other academic misconduct, the editorial board will initiate an investigation and issue a statement informing readers of the risks    associated with the article. The results of the investigation will be made public upon completion.  If it is confirmed that the article contains academic misconduct, the editorial board will take measures to retract the article and issue a retraction statement.

Ⅵ. Relevant Charges

There is no need to pay any fees for submitting manuscripts. The editorial department will submit the manuscripts for review according to the process. For the final accepted manuscripts, the journal will charge a page fee, with the standard fee being:

Layout Fee: black and white full-text CNY1,500 per article, one color picture CNY2,300 per article, full-color full-text CNY3,000 per article.

Once the manuscript is published, the journal will promptly pay the author's remuneration and present each author with the current issue of Journal of Geodesy and Geodynamics.
