AN ITERATIVE ALGORITHM OF LINEAR REGRESSION BASED
ON TOTAL LEAST SQUARES

Abstract An iterative algorithm for the simple linear regression based on theory of Lagrange was presented. It is easy to deduce and productive using the algorithm. Numerical examples prove the algorithm is accurate.
