COSEISMIC DEFORMATION ANALYSIS OF L′AQUILA EARTHQUAKE(ITALY) BY USING D-INSAR

Abstract According to the principles of DInSAR, by using Doris and ENVISAT SAR data, twopass method of DInSAR is utilized to acquire coseismic surface deformation images caused by L′Aquila (Italy) earthquake. Preliminary quantitative cognition was completed based on the DInSAR interferogram. The results show that the main driving force of the earthquake is the southwest wards and up backarc spreading of the area and the earthquake makes the area uplift 25.2 cm in the sight line direction of SAR.
