ON CRUSTAL DEFOMATION CHARACTERISTICS OF FUJIAN AERA

Abstract By use of the joint solution results of the GPS continuous observation data from the crustal movement observation network in Fujian and Taiwan Taoyuan IGS international fiducied station publicated by the crustal deformation features of Fujian inland, and the relative movements between the both sides of the Taiwan strait during the last five years,it is indicated that the movements of southern and easeern Fujian inland are stronger than those of north and west Fujian;the extensional state of the Taiwan strait becomes compressive state,and there is differential movement between the south and north Fujian.
