Abstract From the analysis of colleted data of NGA’s regional geological survey on editing time, the record content in the geological data, the survey organization, purpose, means, methods etc. of the survey,it can be seen that there are some differences and these differences can be divided according to: the bud stage; initial stage; great period of development, and digital mapping period.
