COMPARISON AND STUDY ON REAL-TIME PREDICTION OF GPS ORBIT

Abstract On the basis of different characteristics of current ephemerides,two methods for satellite orbit prediction are introduced.Considering the request of realtime,the precision of orbit prediction is analyzed with different ephemerides.The results indicate that the precision of orbit prediction is the best with UltraRapid ephemeris and the precision is better than 20 m for seven days’ realtime orbit prediction.
