APPLICATION OF IMPROVED GENETIC ALGORITHM IN INDUSTRIAL SURVEYING DATA PROCESSING

Abstract The two defects of genetic algorithm(GA) is modified from several aspects, and improved by use of MATLAB language. Through an example, the feasibility of applying improved GA into industrial surveying and reverse engineering is discussed. By comparison, it is shown that the new GA has been greatly improved in global convergence and convergent rate.
