ON GNSS POSITIONAL ERROR TRANSFORMATION BETWEEN COMMON COORDINATE SYSTEMS

Abstract Because the transfer function between the geodetic coordinate system and the Cartesian coordinate system is a multiimplicit function, whose explicit expression is more complex and the unit of the parameters is not uniform in the GNSS positional error conversion. This paper uniformly converts the angle error to length error in geodetic coordinate system by radius of parallel circle and curvature radius of meridian, and the transformation matrix has been derived. The results show that the matrix is not only simple in form but also an orthogonal matrix.
