Abstract For overcomming the disadvantages of the existent subsurface fluids observation instrument,such as singleress,fault rate of cable decentralized structure, instability, many breakdown, high power consumption, high operating costs, high communications network troubles, vulnerable to be damages by lightning, the integration of digital groundwater dynamic observation system was designed, and the composition and the basic operational principle of this system was described issued.
