STUDY ON RECONSTRUCTING 3D COSEISMIC DEFORMATLON

Abstract Taking the 2008 Gaize earthquake as an example, we use InSAR and MAI techniques to measure line of sight (LOS)and azimuth (AZI)deformations, respectively.InSAR+AZI(model 1)and MultiLOS(model 2)models are applied to reconstruct 3D coseismic deformation fields, Compared with simulations, we discover that the deformations in eastwest,vertical directions of the two models are consistent with each other; however, in northsouth direction, the results of model 1 are tally with the actual situation, while massive distortions occur in that of model 2.
