DESIGN OF DRIVING TIME SEQUENCE CIRCUIT OF LINEAR ARRAY CCD BASED ON CPLD

Abstract The design of driving circuit is one of the crucial problems for the application of Charge Coupled Devices (CCD).This driver is developed on the basis of CPLD,and rich interface sign are also provided for users with the help of the programmable technology of CPLD.Its key features,prindple and design ideas of the driving circuit realized from CPLD are presented.
