LINEAR CCD SUBPIXEL IMAGE CELL MEASUREMENT SYSTEM BASED ON DRIVING PULSE DELAY

Abstract Distance between the image cell and its lightsensing area of linear CCD cannot be much small,so it has restricted application in high precision measurement system. As the spatial information is able to be converted to the time information changing in one pulse unit by the design of interval precise delay driving pulse. It is proved that the limitation on accuracy of linear CCD image cell can be breakthrough effectively, and so the subpixel measuring can be achieved and detected by the displacement platform of high precise stepping motor.
