STUDY ON EARTHQUAKE MONITORING AND SEISMOGENESIS TYPES IN IRON-MINING AREA IN JINSHANDIAN DISTRICT OF DAYE COUNTY

Abstract On the basis of collection of field earthquake records in mining area and the neighboring regions, we carried out a series of comprehensive researches such as the accurate location of the epicenter, spectral analysis and focal mechanism solution. We concludes that there is a close correlation between earthquake in mining area and mining activities,and seismogenic pattern belongs to mininginduced earthquakes, or we can simply call them mine earthquakes.
