APPLICTION OF MEMS ACCELERATION SENSOR TO MACROSEISM OBSERVATION

Abstract The digital seismometer based on MEMS acceleration sensor is of low cost and small volume. A design of seismometer based on MEMS acceleration sensor to accomplish sample,trigger judgment and storage of the earthquake acceleration data,is proposed and realized.
