SIMULATION OF POPULATION DISTRIBUTION COUPLED WITH LAND USE CLASSIFICATION MODEL AND GRAVITY MODEL——TAKING WUHAN CITY AS AN EXAMPLE

Abstract It is a hot spots of the study of population distribution used by grid cells. The advantages and disadvantages of the land use classification model and the gravity model are compared and analysed,then these two models with Wuhan population data are coupled. The results indicate that the new coupled model improves computing accuracy effectively.
