Abstract Seeing that the effect of the interpolation of tropospheric delay with available Kriging method is not good in undulating terrain areas,so the method of multiple regression to correct the errors of Kriging interpolation was proposed. The experiments,as example,taking the data of Southern California GPS network were carried out in different elevation areas. Among the equations of different correction factors, the equation including the factors of longitude, latitude and altitude has better effect than other equations. In the areas of elevation difference of no more than 500 meters, the accurcy with this method can reach to centimeters level, even milimeters level.
