Abstract In order to analyze the interference of ultra high voltage (UHV) transmission line on the GPS signals, several GPS stations with different distances to the first 1 000 kv UHV transmission line in Hubei province were constructed. Both live and offline GNSS observations were captured, and then were extracted with the same satellites. According to the GPS orbiting regularity, by using the software TEQC, the multipath of P1 and P2, signaltonoise ratio of L1 and L2, and data perfectness ratio of GPS observation data were analyzed. The results indicated that the obvious interference of the UHV AC transmission line to the GPS signals with difference distance had not been found.
