Abstract According to the technical specification for Crustal Movement Observation Network of China(CMONOC),the comparison of absolute gravimeters taking part in the CMONOC must be done before the measurement to check accuracy, stability and system deviation of absolute gravimeters. The aim of this work is to provide a reference basis for the observation. In June 2013,the contrast observation was carried on in four different absolute gravity measurement stations. The results show that the deviations of every instrument are less than ±2×10-8ms-2,which can meet the absolute gravity measurement requirements of CMONOC.
