Abstract On the basis of observations of Wuliying Well, we studied the coseismic effects of water level and temperature and found both of the data raised by Wenchuan and Japan earthquakes independent with the focal mechanism or seismic location.Through the primary analysis, we found that the rock fracture shown the elasticplastic spread and shutting by the influence of the quakes on the well round area. The decreased rock porosity and the pressed waterbearing stratum made the water level rise, the up deep warmer water made the temperature go up.
