Abstract:The highfrequency signal was often used by groundbased radar as a communication signal, but it was susceptible to atmospheric effects. An environmental correction of radar signal was required to obtain the monitoring accuracy of better than millimeter in precision deformation monitoring using groundbased radar interferometry. A correction method based on the discrete stable point in the whole environment was proposed. The experiment proved that this method can optimize the measurement results for the smallscale scene.
