Abstract：How to determine the weight matrix of carrier phase which comes from different navigation satellite system has become an important factor of precise positioning of combined system.The double difference carrier phase model and stochastic model of combined GPS/Beidou system are analyzed.Helmert method of variance components estimation is used to determine the weight matrix of carrier phase that come from GPS and Beidou systems.The results of experimental data processing show that both the accuracy and reliability of the baseline solution were improved.
