Abstract:The coordinate transformation between the geocentric celestial reference system(GCRS) and the international terrestrial reference system (ITRS) is one of the main questions for studying in astronomy / geodesy. In the coordinate conversion process based on Equinox, deduced the coordinate expression of instantaneous celestial intermediate pole (CIP) in GCRS is the basis for coordinate transformation based on nonrotating origin (NRO). According to the choice of Euler angles, the concepts of the celestial pole offset for the mean celestial pole at J2000 relative to GCRS and the equinox offset has been redefined. At the same time, the relationships between introduced various coordinate systems in the coordinate transformation models based on Equinox and NRO are given.
