Abstract:Usually, when we correct the InSAR atmosphere effect based on MODIS water vapor data, the data may be polluted by the cloud. In order to improve the correction,we compared three kinds of interpolation methods:inverse distance weighted interpolation, Kriging and radial basis function. It is concluded that the Kriging method is best. The Kriging method was used in Harbin atmospheric delay correct test. The experimental results show that the RMS differences between InSAR and GPS reduced by 31.25% after the correction.
